Job description
We welcome and anticipate receiving applications from creative directors to join our team. The ideal applicant for this role will have a skill set that includes excellent art direction, strategic direction, and design experience.
You are comfortable generating TTL components with attention to detail and your design flare, all the while giving clients high-quality designs.
You perform effectively both on your own and as a member of a team. You are quite good at communicating, and you can take creative direction from your peers with ease.
Responsibilities:- Establishing and upholding creative brand rules.
- Creating remarkable and expertly created work that alleviates client pain points; and owning the client creative strategy and the client relationships from a creative standpoint
- Understanding of how to create integrated and multi-channel campaigns.
- Collaboration with the client services team in developing client strategies, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities
- Enforcing and supporting all creative operations with team members, striving for operational excellence.
- Helping to identify areas for improved departmental efficiencies.
- Build and mentor a potent creative team
- Take part in quarterly one-on-one meetings with employees; and keep an eye on the workload of the team

Requirements
- 5+ years industry experience
- Minimum of two years people management experience
- Demonstrated creativity in print, digital, out-of-home, experiential, and social media (TTL)
- Experience as a creative director at an advertising agency with a background in copywriting or art direction
- Extremely high requirements for creativity and attention to detail
- The capacity to succeed in a highly entrepreneurial, fast-paced workplace with a variety of stakeholders and regulatory needs.
- Data-driven and fixated on a campaign's quantifiable impact
- Capability to manage many projects while consistently delivering outcomes in the face of conflicting priorities.
