We are a team of 5, working on 5 different creative businesses (Matthew Bell Art, Roam, Masterpiece Puzzles, The Wood Lab and Matthew Bell Enterprises), looking for a creative, organised, and all-round awesome  person to help us grow MasterPiece — a proudly South African brand creating luxury wooden puzzles

If you love beautiful products, have a passion for collaboration and enjoy being part of something creative, this is for you

You’ll work closely with our small Cape Town team on everything from marketing and operations to content creation and product launches. It’s a hands-on role with loads of variety, creativity, and space to bring your own ideas to life

What you’ll be doing

• Helping run the day-to-day operations of the business
• Coordinating production, packaging, and stock
• Managing online orders and our Shopify website
• Assisting with photo shoots, content creation, and social media
• Brainstorming and helping launch new products
• Working with customers, suppliers, and stockists
• Bringing energy, creativity, and fresh thinking to the brand

What we’re looking for

• A creative, proactive, can-do person
• Someone who’s organised but also loves working in a creative space
• Interest in art, design, or premium lifestyle products
• Experience in social media, marketing, or e-commerce is a bonus
• A good communicator who’s happy juggling different projects
• Someone who loves learning, growing, and being part of a small but ambitious team
