Physical Demands and work environment
  • The daily physical demands are those required of an office worker.
  • The work environment characteristics are those encountered in a typical office building.
Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Develops a working knowledge or administration database and searchable resources.
  • Organise and maintain personnel records – as required by management.
  • Scanning and renaming of documents and keep the filing system maintained.
  • Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.
  • May be responsible for making meeting arrangements.
  • Assist in the recruitment process (draft job specs, screen CV’s, conduct telephonic interviews, arrange interviews and conduct reference checks).
  • Assist with coordination and communication of training interventions.
  • Maintain a satisfied level of customer service with stakeholders (both internal and external).
  • Revise/formatting of company policies and procedures – as per instruction.
  • Work proactively with other team members.
  • Assist in arrangements and coordination of company social events.
  • Assist with minutes and any other admin as and when required by the Company.
