Sale Assistant / Stock Controller
The successful candidate will be responsible for:- Deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales targets
- Maximise sales by identifying new opportunities and maintaining high visual merchandising standards
- Process all customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer queries with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Manage warehouse operations including receiving, dispatching, and stock accuracy
- Perform regular stock counts and coordinate quarterly stock takes
- Maintain clean, organised stockrooms and implement procedures to improve efficiency
Minimum requirements:- Matric or equivalent (essential)
- Six-plus months retail experience (essential); one year preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Honest, dependable, and highly organised
- Able to work flexible retail hours
Bonus skills:- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of fashion or outdoor lifestyle trends (brand-dependent)
